The only way you’d have known they were at our place was the fact that what we engaged them for had been repaired. They returned everything to the way they found it before they began the 2 day job. Lots (I mean lots) of digging, significant amounts drilling (double brick home) and plenty of cementing. They did more than they quoted for and declined to charge more. All that’s great but the quality of the work has been the most impressive aspect of engaging their services. From the quote to completion of the job, it has been a hassle free experience. We even mistakenly misread the quote and that presented no problems. I don’t know whether they were cheap or expensive as I don’t have the knowledge to gauge. Not only did he get the job done, but he was early, he cleaned our our sink after it had muck and grime from being blocked, and he even cleaned under all the cockroach poo under the sink! Terrible company. Has told our property manager that the cistern was "pulled apart" upon visiting the property. The cistern was NOT pulled apart. The LID was off, and that was it. I'll avoid this company in future when requiring a plumber. Absolute outright lies. Disgraceful. I did "think twice" and stand by my review and they've lied again in their response. They have attended this property 4 times in the past 12 months and STILL the toilet is having issues. Every time they come here and can't see anything wrong, but as soon as they leave, it mucks up again. I found a plastic piece of the flushing mechanism jammed into the rim of the toilet bowl the day after their last visit... Like... really?!? The toilet was not flushing. The lid was off because I wanted to clean the inside of the cistern before the plumber came. And they tell lies about it being pulled apart. Unbelievable. We are very respectful tenants and will ALWAYS treat the landlords investment with utmost care. We have never and will never try to fix something that is not our responsibility to fix. On top of all this, they get someone they know personally to have a go at me in a separate review on this page. VERY unprofessional. Will NEVER recommend this company.

Last week I phoned my husband in a panic as the mixer tap in the kitchen had malfunctioned and water was pouring out. He called the guys at Sunset and 25 minutes later I had a lovely young man arrive to replace it for me. He even cleaned out the water meter box out the front for me as it was full of dirt.
